EO Dharma Reddy said that adequate arrangements are being made to give the devotees the opportunity to see Moolamurthy darshan as well as vehicle services to the satisfaction of the devotees in view of the commencement of Srivari Brahmotsavam from 27th of September month. He addressed the devotees at the Dial Your Evo program organized at Tirumala Annamayya Bhavan on Thursday.
Srivari Salakatla Brahmotsavam will be held from September 27 to October 5. Mainly flag hoisting on 27th September, Garuda Seva on 1st October, Golden Chariot on 2nd October, Rathotsavam on 4th and Chakra Bathing on 5th will be held. Due to Corona, after two years we are making arrangements to organize Srivari Brahmotsava Vahanasevas in Madavedhu. In Brahmotsavam, there is only Sarvadarshan for the common devotees. Rs.300 special entrance darshan, all kinds of privileged darshan given to old people, disabled and parents of infant children have been cancelled.
On the first day of Brahmotsavam, CM Jagan on behalf of the state government presents silk cloths to Lord vishnu. Due to the flag hoisting on the first day, Peddashesha Vahanaseva will start at 9 pm. On other days, we will provide vehicle services from 8 am to 10 am and from 7 pm to 9 pm. The Akhanda Harinama Sankeertanam program, which was stopped for two years due to Corona, resumed in Tirumala on August 1. In 2007, Thithi started the Akhanda Harinama Sankirtana program. We are taking steps to develop the available 3 wards in Bird Hospital and make 100 more beds available for patients. The compliant tracking system set up to resolve issues faced by devotees who have got rooms in Tirumala quickly is yielding good results. We have decided to implement this policy in Srinivasam, Vishnu Nivasam and Govindarajaswamy Satras in Tirupati as well,” said EO
