A mixture of milk and water in a jar contains 28 L milk and 8 L water. X L milk and X L water is mixed in the mixture. If 40% of the new mixture is 20 L, then find the value of X.

Explanation :

40% of new mixture = 20L

100% of new mixture = $frac{{20}}{{40}} imes 100 = 50{ m{L}}$

28 + x + 8 + x = 50
