Which Mughal Emperor prohibited the use of tobacco?

The use of tobacco came to northern India during the reign of Akbar and it was popularly used. Seeing its menace, Jahangir prohibited its consumption and banned smoking in 1618. Later, Aurangzeb, too, enforced the ban on tobacco and added coffee and alcohol to the list.
