In Telangana, permission has been given for the filling up of Group-4 posts. Minister Harish Rao said that the finance department has issued orders allowing the filling of 9,168 posts. Group-4 posts will be filled through TSPSC.
9,168 Group-IV vacancies be filled by Direct Recruitment through TSPSC
There are four categories of posts in Group 4 jobs. The finance department has given approval for filling up 429 junior accountant posts, 6,859 junior assistant posts, 18 junior auditor posts and 1,862 ward officer posts. There are 191 junior accountant posts in the finance department and 238 junior accountant posts in the municipal department. There are 44 Junior Assistant Posts in Agriculture Department, 307 in BC Welfare Department and 72 in Civil Supplies Department.
23 in the Forest Department, 46 in the Finance Department, 338 in the Medical and Health Department, and 742 Junior Assistant Posts in the Higher Education Department. There are 133 junior assistant posts in the Home Department, 51 in the Irrigation Department, 128 in the Labor Department and 191 in the Minority Welfare Department. 601 junior assistant posts in Municipal Administration Department, 1,245 in Panchayat Raj Department, 2,077 in Revenue Department and 474 in SC Development Department have been sanctioned. The government has sanctioned 97 junior assistant posts in the secondary education department, 20 in the transport department, 221 in the tribal welfare department, 18 in the women and child welfare department and 13 in the youth services department.
