Educational Qualifications

Selection Process — Only One Stage, the CBT

Unlike many PSU recruitments, CIL has done away with interviews for MT selection. Final merit will be prepared purely on the basis of marks obtained in the Computer Based Online Test (CBT).

Compensation Structure

Selected candidates will be appointed as Management Trainee in E-1 Grade in the pay scale of ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000, with an initial basic pay of ₹60,000 per month during the training period.
