The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the NEET UG 2026 Re-Examination results on Thursday night. Candidates who appeared for the re-exam can now download their scorecards by visiting the official link and entering their login credentials.

Background: Why Was a Re-Exam Conducted?
The NEET (UG) 2026 examination for admission into medical colleges was originally conducted on May 3, 2026. However, following reports of a question paper leak, the exam was cancelled and a nationwide re-examination was held on June 21, 2026. More than 20 lakh candidates appeared for the re-exam across the country.

After the objection window closed on Wednesday, NTA officials reviewed all challenges, uploaded the final answer key on the official website on Thursday, and released the results within just a few hours — making the scorecards available to candidates the same night.
How to Download NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam Scorecard
- Visit the official result portal: examinationservices.nic.in/ResultoService26/Ntnt/Login
- Enter your Application Number, Date of Birth / Password, and the Security PIN shown on the screen
- Click on Submit / Login
- Your NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam result will appear on the screen
- Download the scorecard and take a printout for future reference

What's Next?
With the results now declared, the counselling process for MBBS, BDS and AYUSH admissions is expected to begin shortly. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will conduct counselling for 15% All India Quota seats, while respective state authorities will handle the 85% state quota seats. Candidates are advised to keep their scorecards, rank details and required documents ready and regularly check the official MCC and state counselling websites for the schedule.
Note: NTA does not send results by post or SMS. The scorecard is available only on the official website. Candidates should verify all details on the scorecard carefully and report any discrepancy to NTA immediately.
